Open-plan living at its best, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room opens up into a light and airy sitting room with bi-fold doors overlooking the small, sunny courtyard with salsa chairs and a coffee table. On the first floor are two bedrooms; one with a super-king size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Storage for bicycles, paddleboards, and surf boards is available behind a locked gate.

Summary: The Coach House 8s a lovely spacious holiday home, will appointed and beautifully clean and ready for our stay. It's in a quiet location, good for walking into Cromer and exploring the surrounding area. Car parking can be tricky at times - narrow road. Our only suggestions for some improvements would be larger bath towels and some softer pillows.
