Summary: Room strange smell, I felt it was probably from the carpet & strong cleaning products. Very basic room but towels changed each day which was appreciated Tv old Bathroom shower pressure ok, bathrooms could do with grout changing as black marks. Toliet inside rim noticeable rust/scale. Did not see staff but when had trouble getting into room very responsive ( self check in) Email sent with code before stay, maybe just let people know that the key to the door is behind the key pad thing that would help. The room I was in I could here other people having shower, the extractor fan & banging of doors so noisy Overall not bad with a couple of tweaks I think it could be improved upon
