Summary: These people must URGENTLY update their contact details. Neither we nor Hotels.com could contact them. We had Hotels.com chasing alternative accommodation for us before we discovered a text from them from a number not listed anywhere. BUT once we were in contact (after a 2 hour wait in the pub opposite) they came to our help within 5 minutes, gave us complimentary drinks, and the room was lovely, comfortable and quiet, we slept well! Apologies for the delay to this feedback because updating the contact details is urgent if it hasn't been done already
