Positive: Staff were really friendly and helpful

Negative: Not great value for money. Photographs well but actually it is quite dated. Our room was at the front and very surprisingly there was a lot of road noise. Single glazed windows, and a busy road, despite being in the new forest!

Summary: Ok could be better for the money, stay was made by the lovely staff and and super breakfast.
