Summary: On checking in to my stay, the staff were very unhelpful. So much so that they didn’t explain to me that in the morning there was a back door you have to exit from, without knowing this information I found myself locked in the property with no idea how to get out. This made me very late for work. My room was boiling, and wasn’t advertised that it had no windows that opened to the outside. The windows to the room opened out in to a corridor leading to other rooms. This meant the room was also pretty loud with people walking past the door and windows. On arriving back from work on my second night stay I was greeted by a much more helpful member of staff that told me that I should never have been given that room due to a key to the room being taken by a guest and it was a safety issue. I then had to switch rooms. At least the new room had windows that opened to the outside. Personally I will not use this “hotel” again. Unfortunately the price did not reflect the type of stay I received. To many negatives in such a short stay is worrying.
