Positive: Welcome basket was a lovely touch . We did not meet the hosts but they were contactable and left us a welcome note. All of the extra luxuries that usually cost extra or you take your own. Well equipped kitchen . Kids loved the rocking chair. Plenty of chairs , cushions and throws. The barb b Q set up for us and condiments in the kitchen.

Negative: The shower in the wet room did not have any power. Not a complaint, but the two shower screens need attention too.

Summary: Great family break in a lovely house close to the seaside.
