Set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, Quince Cottage is a perfect retreat for nature lovers and family groups alike. Surrounded by open countryside, the converted barn has open beams, exposed brickwork and log burning stove. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a newly fitted kitchen. The living/dining room has French doors that open out onto a private enclosed garden with patio and summer house with bar and bbq. The master bedroom has a shower/toilet ensuite, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has a single bed, all bedrooms have TV's.there is also there is a small safety deposit safe. There is parking for 2 cars. Quince Cottage is in easy reach of the amazing Norfolk coastline where you may see the odd seal or two usually between November and February, the beautiful sandy beaches, Sea-Pauling and Waxham are worth a visit. The Norfolk Broads are only a stone’s throw away, ideal for the fishing or nature enthusiast. There is an abundance of dog walks - a dog walker’s paradise and no shortages of restaurants, cafes and teashops the majority of which are dog friendly.
