As you enter the front door the kitchen is located on your right and contains essential utensils for home cooking. Including a washing machine and fridge freezer. Through the carpeted hallway you will find the open plan living and dining area, complete with a modern dining table and chairs, along with a nice comfy sofa. Upstairs will lead you to two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom one is located at the back of the apartment and includes a generous amount of built in storage that runs the entire depth of the large room. Here you will find a comfy double bed, a large 3 meter wide window that allows plenty of natural light in and a wall mounted electric heater. Bedroom two is located at the front of the apartment and also has ample storage and a double bed. The bathroom contains a toilet, washbasin and a shower over bath with a shower screen and electric towel rail heater. You can enjoy a 5-10 minute stroll into the town centre. There is free, unrestricted on-street parking outside the apartment. So leave your car and go and explore the old market town without worry. The neighborhood has several apartment blocks and also some terrace houses. There is a petrol station located just across the road selling convenience foods and snacks.
