Summary: Everything was great, but the biggest issue was the 40-minute delay in retrieving my luggage upon checkout. Since the hotel is near the airport, I had planned to leave at a specific time, but getting my bags back took far too long; furthermore, there was a delay with the transfer vehicle to the terminal, even though I had already paid for the service. Overall, everything was good, but the ending left much to be desired; consequently, I ended up arriving late for the online meeting, which was an unfavorable situation for me. I have no issue with the hotel's policy of holding onto luggage if it contains tools. However, the checkout process should be seamless and free of unnecessary delays; the fact that it took so much longer than expected is something that definitely needs improvement.
