Positive: I liked the unique castle concept and beautiful setting, and our waiter was warm, attentive and provided excellent service.

Negative: Tafaria Castle is certainly a unique place with plenty of character and a beautiful concept. However, the property could really benefit from some renovations and better attention to general maintenance and cleanliness. Some areas felt tired and could be much better maintained. The reception experience could also be improved. A little more warmth and friendliness from the reception staff would go a long way in making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. On a positive note, our waiter was excellent. He was attentive, pleasant and provided very good service throughout. Overall, Tafaria Castle has great potential, but improvements in renovations, cleanliness, maintenance and the reception experience would make a significant difference.
