Summary: This is a sunny, spacious flat in a great neighborhood. It is right over a pub, but not too noisy. George and his team at the pub were very nice, great to chat with. It's a quick walk to the tube and the bus is right outside your door. The flat could use a good cleaning and restocking of items such as dishtowels, towels and sponges. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. We were without hot water for a day and it took several hours to get a hold of the owner/manager - we wondered if we would have to move somewhere else. It would be helpful to have an emergency contact number for this type of situation. The engineer, Michael, who came to fix the water heater was very nice. We recommend this flat and would stay here again.
