Positive: The location in the centre of the city is great. The private gated parking is great. Good value for money however there were problems.

Negative: The two telephone numbers supplied for emergency do not work. One is constantly busy the other does not connect. There are two wifi settings with passwords which both don’t work. There is no phone coverage. There were not enough towels . 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel for three adults. Contact with the owner was impossible until I left the property and found a signal to allow an email requesting towels. I received a reply telling me they knew how important towels were and would try to supply some. However they never appeared. After leaving the property I received another email with an excuse about staff shortages. I also received an email from Booking.com welcoming us to the property after we had left. If there was a serious problem such as a water leak we could not contact the owners. We would like to go there again once the problems have been addressed.

Summary: Disappointed and frustrated. Feeling ignored with no contact to the owner.
