Positive: 5 Stars! please ignore the bad review it really isn’t justified and should be removed! Fantastic location 2 minute walk to the train station (you can’t hear any trains) & a big parking space. Big bed and two good size singles, great shower and plenty of space for a week away. Has pretty much all you need and the washing machine/ dryer is brilliant! 5-10 minute walk to Carbis bay beach (down the hill) and a 15-20 minute walk to Tesco (both depending how fast you walk) Flat Location: When you enter the car park the parking space is next to the “Visitor” parking space in front of the garages. The apartment is then located to the far end of the garages then directly down the side of them and it is in front of you up the stairs (we arrived at midnight and I couldn’t find it I was looking for the door photos trying other people’s doors lol)

Negative: Nothing major, the bathroom could do with a refresh and possibly some better furniture however that’s being fussy and there’s plenty of room for clothes. Oh and a chopping board? I couldn’t find one to cut the local fresh bread so had to use a plate lol Again very very minors things would definitely book again!
