Positive: Home from home, very comfortable. Lovely furniture and bed. Garden is perfect for exercising your pooch. Excellent parking. Superb value. Spotless.

Negative: It’s not a criticism because we knew about this, from the description but be aware of privacy and potential exposure! The garden feels like it’s yours because the door opens out to it, but it’s communal for all the flats. When in the main bedroom, close the curtains especially when changing, Someone from another flat may walk past the window and get eyeful! Careful with elevation, most properties in Salcombe involve a high elevation walk to them from the town centre. These are MINORS. The accomodation is amazing.
