Summary: Room was nice, well equipped and located well. However it wasn't ready on arrival, despite paying for early check in and turning up after 3pm (usual check in time). The air con was centrally managed and couldn't be changed, no windows could be opened which meant the room was incredibly warm and stuffy. We did ask if it could be changed and was apparently as low as it could be.
