Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Convenience to Underground and Wembley stadium. Duvet was warm and cosy. Reasonably priced. Biscuits,cereal,tea,coffee,sugar and milk were supplied. Access to keys were easy and straightforward.

Negative: The lack of cleanliness,it was like the room wasn't ready for us. There were hairs in the shower and dust on surfaces. There was Sky TV but it wasn't tuned in and we had no time to watch it anyway. There was a draught when led in bed ,not sure if that was from under the door which lacked plaster on the wall underneath or from the two holes in the ceiling above the bed! The front of the property is not particularly welcoming with a fake dog skeleton on the step and the private back yard through the back of the room wasn't usable with a dirty bench and stored filthy washing up bowls. There is no kitchen sink in this property so washing up was done in the bathroom sink. We had reusable cups we wanted to wash up. We were given a sponge and washing up liquid when we asked but were told people don't usually bother! This property is advertised as a deluxe double. It isn't. I'm not sure the bed was a standard double size,it could've been a small 4ft double. The room could be really good with a little more time and care spent on it.
