Positive: It was ok,apparently close to the beach,overall I can say acceptable.

Negative: When we entered, the room was dusty, probably hadn't been lived in for a long time, but we quickly fixed it with cleaning. Comfortable mattresses, 10 minutes from the beach, quiet. We felt the lack of a terrace. The biggest problem was that we were asked for a deposit of £150 for accommodation, on the website where we made the reservation it said that it would be returned to us within a maximum of 14 days after we left. Before leaving, we called the host and sent messages, but he didn't answer the phone or messages. asking him to come and confirm that everything was ok. I mentioned that everything was fine, no damage, I also made a video in this regard as proof. I wanted someone to confirm this, because the second day there could be other tenants who would do damage after us, not receiving confirmation even a week later, l. I wanted and asked to receive the deposit back, by bank transfer. We didn't Messages were not answered, neither on the phone nor in the app. After a week I complained and called customer service and they gave an explanation after contacting the host, they said he was busy or away. I was treated with a lack of professionalism and asked for the deposit of £150, since I did not cause any damage and it seems disrespectful to me to keep my deposit and not answer my phone since I left the property for a week. After some time the host. replied to me in the app that he is allowed to keep my deposit for 28 days, which is not true, on the site it says a maximum of 14 days and he must confirm to me within a maximum of 2 days that I will receive the deposit and that he has checked the caravan and everything is ok and that I will receive the deposit. To avoid these problems I advise you to avoid staying here, the deposit is very high and after you leave you are completely ignored, lack of professionalism. I have not yet received the £150 deposit
