Positive: The pr the property was clean, comma very comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is ideal, a block from the beach and some very good restaurants and coffee, shops, yet close to the CBD of Dunedin, surf, hikes and interesting sites.The communication prior to our stay was seamless and check in and out was easy. Would highly recommend.! Thank you.

Negative: We enjoyed the property 100%.
