A stunning, spacious, newly refurbished 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home. Stylishly furnished and fitted with all mod cons. This large family house is situated in a quiet residential street in Chiswick within easy reach of the bustling Chiswick High Road with it’s wide-ranging choice of restaurants, bars and shops and excellent transport links via tube, train or bus to the centre of London. The home has recently been decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard and boasts bright and spacious accommodation across three floors. The ground floor features wooden flooring throughout and includes a spacious entrance hallway, a self-contained sitting room with desk and sofas, a cloakroom and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area at the rear with glass doors opening onto a decked patio. The living area has comfortable seating with two velvet sofas and a large wall-mounted tv. The new kitchen has been equipped to the highest standard and includes a bank of four Siemens ovens (one of which is a microwave), an induction hob, fridge, freezer and separate wine cooler and a dishwasher. At the rear of the open plan living space is the dining table seating eight. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and ensuite bathrooms. On the top (attic) floor are two further bedrooms (one with twin beds, one a small double) and a further bathroom. The four bathrooms all feature large walk-in rainfall showers, whilst the ensuite bathroom adjacent to the first floor master bedroom also has a bath. The property has use of a decked terrace at the rear of the property.
