Positive: Have outside space but was in need of TLC The size of the property

Negative: I slept on the sofa bed and ended up covered in bites . The toaster blow the electricity which we managed to put back on. The wall tiles to the shower down stairs was all loose and needed to be repaired .

Summary: TLC needed.
