A stunning Edwardian townhouse located in the heart of St. Davids. Operated as two apartments out of season, but let together during peak season. The house is a tasteful fusion of the style of the 1920s with a contemporary twist. 6 beautiful bedrooms & 4 bathrooms provide stylish accommodation for 11 guests. Free internet access is provided via wifi and smart TVs allow access for film downloads, catch up TV etc. The spacious kitchens have ample seating for additional guests if entertaining is a requirement and either will accommodate all guests for dining together. A washer dryer is situated in the boot room and an outbuilding for storage of all your beach stuff or bikes. Whilst centrally located, the house has a peaceful garden and a sunny courtyard for outdoor relaxation. All the local amenities are on the doorstep, the supermarket is 50yards away, as is the city centre with its shops, banks, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk, as is the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast path. Summary: Bryn Sion in St David’s was perfect for our annual family holiday. Eldest 93 down to 5 years old. Very clean overall and the kitchens had everything we needed (often in these holiday lets we’ve found there haven’t been enough cooking utensils/pans). The host was attentive and friendly. Little garden at the back was nice. Would definitely recommend
