Summary: The bungalow is in a fantastic position, looking out to sea at the front and over open fields at the back. Secure, large garden. Very comfortable and relaxed. Away from the crowds but only minutes away from Filey, Flamboro, etc. We will definitely return. Shower head a bit iffy but reported to owner (who messaged us directly at the end of the holiday: really nice touch) who promised to replace it.
