Just a 10 minute walk from the hamlet of Prendergast you will find a traditional award winning butchers, a good Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, a florist, two hairdressers, launderette and a reliable garage.

A further 10-minute walk will take you into the market town of Haverfordwest, where there are several good restaurants/cafés, pubs, and an old charm 1913 cinema, as well as supermarkets, and a retail park.

Haverfordwest is in the centre and county town of Pembrokeshire, making it an ideal base to explore beautiful Pembrokeshire. It has great transport links including a main railway station and bus depot for National Express and local buses.

In the summer months, 'The Puffin Hopper' provides easy access to the beautiful 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the only coastal National Park in the UK.
