Comprising one double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers. Separate sitting room with and desk and chair, free WIFI, TV, two easy chairs, kettle with complementary tea and coffee. Showeroom and toilet. Please note there are no kitchen facilites. Own entrance through rear of property, four steps to entrance. Use of shared back-garden with owner.
We are close to Partick underground (tube) and Partick, Hyndland and Jordanhill railway stations approx. 15 mins walk. SEC, Hyro and Armadillo are one stop on the train from Partick. Numerous direct bus routes to the City Centre, University of Glasgow, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital close by. Glasgow airport is 15 mins drive away. Summary: You get what it says. A bedroom and bathroom and small sitting area. But, that is all we needed. Very clean. Nice garden area for sitting. Only negative is matress needs boxboard or plywood. The spring matress would pop thru the slats. But, otjerwise wonderful place. Thank you Nigel and Nadia for sharing your Beautiful home!
