Ground Floor
Entrance from the parking area into the beautiful country kitchen complete with slate flagstone flooring, stylish units and all modern Neff appliances including, oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is completed with a dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxed morning breakfasts or sociable evening drinks. Off the kitchen is a very useful utility room with sink, fridge and freezer washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space for outdoor gear.
An internal hallway leads through to the sitting and dining room. Here, traditional features merge with modern comforts to create a homely space which is welcoming to all who enter. Characterful beams combine with the stone flooring and wood panelling to create a traditional Lakeland ambience. The modern log burning stove and comfortable furnishings ensure the room is as warm as it is welcoming. A Smart TV completes the room. Three windows, each with its own window seat, flood the room with light and a glass panelled door leads to an outside patio area.
