Summary: When I book hotel. Its sayed breakfast included, but when I check in they say breakfast not included in the price. That's disappointing me. That's looks to like scam to the customer. Is not clear properly in your message. Please clarify properly whether its included or not. When we already check in and at the end they said breakfast not include. That's very Very bad.
