Positive: Rosa's was everything I expected. It was a clean, comfortable, and safe room at a reasonable rate. You will be staying a bit away from the city center so plan for that, but there is a reliable bus service that runs frequently so getting to the center is easy. Breakfast was both filling and tasty.
