Positive: The location was brilliant. The room was as expected, clean and tidy. The bathroom was great. Access was good. Room facilities were brilliant.

Negative: The bed was quite hard and the pillows were solid other than that the room was faultless. BUT we were VERY annoyed to be told by the staff on the phone (when I called to ask for entry details) that if we had booked direct with them it would've been 20£ cheaper....... How annoying to be told we could've saved 20£ although I done a lot of research and found nothing to indicate this. We stayed at Rooms @ dolau inn but when the phone was answered she said 'Black Lion'!!
