River Rose is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage situated in a quiet cul-de-sac beside the tranquil river Wensum. A perfect retreat for couples or families, the property is the ideal base from which to explore all that North Norfolk has to offer. Boasting a fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a lounge to kick back and relax with a sofa to sink in to, an invigorating walk in shower with rain head and super comfy beds to recharge the batteries. Enjoy sitting out by the river with a refreshing drink in the south facing front garden where the Mallards often visit or retreat to the cooler private rear garden. A few minutes walk into town and you are in the centre of Fakenham where you can find pubs, restaurants, a cinema, sport centre and a bowling alley with soft play area and escape rooms. Fakenham is an historic market town with something to offer for all ages. The market which started in the 13 century still operates every Thursday with a variety of goods traded. Even a day trip to Norwich is only 40 minutes drive. Many of these are also accessible via bus.
