Summary: Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Check in was seamless no issues there. The room was clean and bed comfy but hallway and lifts not so clean. Breakfast was satisfactory but the chairs in the restaurant had leftover spilt food on them (both days that I had breakfast) and the window sill was covered in dust and dead files which was a tad off putting. The hotel is in a fantastic location for East Kilbride and with just a little bit of attention it could be great.
