Positive: Like the site, beach close by.

Negative: When we arrived, no one knew we were coming. Caravan was a disappointment. Dirty, stained duvets, pillows, beds, sofa, carpets. Single room not usable as one of the beds, protector and duvet drenched in urine, the stench was repulsive, sofa stinks of urine too, ants everywhere. Cracked french coffee press, damaged bedroom door, dirty walls. We had to pay £100 deposit that hasn't been given back yet even though we cleaned the whole caravan and left it in a better condition than it was when we arrived. No proper TV signal, dead batteries in the remote. Won't be coming back. Entertainment passes compulsory, waste of money. We took photos and videos of everything after reading the bad reviews, should have read them before we booked. It's a nice big caravan. it just needs a lot of TLC for the price.
