Pointside is a charming property enjoying a lovely location on the riverside in Helford and benefits from an elevated deck area with river views. The property is set over two floors with the three bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen/diner, living room, study and conservatory on the ground floor. The coastal path can be accessed from the bottom of the front garden and below that are steps down to a stoney beach with an Anarth rowing dinghy for guests to use in the summer.

Summary: The property is spacious and very comfortable for a family with all age groups. Only lacks a downstairs toilet! Everything worked perfectly and the beds were blissfully comfy! The view S are absolutely lovely over the Estuary. Convenient shop and excellent pub just down the road too and the young loved the rowing boat. Owner very helpful with parking second car. Many thanks.
