Communal front garden, in season, with an old walnut tree. Easy access for our canine family, (as well as the very lovely Beaumont Park across the road).

There are three other fine apartments in this building. It is safe and secure. There are fire and smoke alarms throughout the building.

There are several wide, open steps, up to the front of the house. Once inside, the apartment is located on the ground floor, so there are no further stairs.

Sadly, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users due to the stairs at the entrance of this Grade II listed property. However, individuals with other mobility challenges may find the property suitable as it is located on the ground floor, once one has navigated the stairs to enter the property.
