This 2 bedroom clean and cosy mobile home is set in a beautiful orchard/paddock with field and countryside views. There is a long track for long walks for yourself, children and pets. Only 2 mins from the Pilgrim Hospital and 4 mins into Boston Town Center. There's lots to do and see and we are are only 4 miles from the East Coast Sea - 'The Wash' with award winning RSPB sites.
We are only 12 miles from the famous Skegness seaside resort. Fish and chips on the seafront, what could be better?? Why not try our famous 'Skinners Ice Cream' in Boston? There are many fast food delivery services and lots of pubs and restaurants to try not too far away. It is very peaceful and quiet, but please be aware as we are in Lincolnshire (the heart of agricultural growing), there may be some noise when they are harvesting the produce in the surrounding fields. Quite fascinating to watch if you've never seen before, it's only approx 3 or 4 days a year.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with showers in each). Integrated dishwasher and washing machine. Free fast fibre broadband. Netflix. Decking/Balcony. Fridge and Freezer. The location of this beautiful caravan is perfect as it's out of the way with field views and set in a lovely orchard, but just only minutes by car into Boston Town. Not far from the coast to visit RSPB sites. Not far from museums, wildlife parks, aviation heritage center, tea rooms and all different restaurants. Only 2 mins to the Pilgrim Hospital for anyone visiting or for NHS staff workers needing accommodation. The kitchen has a farmhouse feel and in the open plan lounge there are big feather filled cushions on the sofas. The smart TV is 50" with free Netflix. Free super fast fibre broadband! There are 2 bathrooms, both with sink, shower, toilet, heated towel rails and various cupboards/storage. 2 bedrooms with luxury hotel quality bedding and towels and mattress and pillow protectors. The master bedroom has an en-suite, dressing table, stool and mirror, wardrobes and sofa/bench.
We supply toiletries, toilet roll, body wash, cleaning products, tea towels, binbag, fairy liquid and even dishwasher tablets if you didn't fancy washing up-pop in the dishwasher. We also have a washing machine (please bring your own detergent due to allergies, etc). There is a large integrated fridge and freezer. Gas stove, Microwave and gas oven, toaster and kettle. All pots, pans, crockery, glasses, etc are provided, even tea, coffee and sugar! Not bad for self-catering lol!
