This is an exceptional bedroom and perfect for a special treat. The remaining rooms offer a mix of super-king and single beds and have access to an en suite shower room and the master bathroom. Please note that the cabin room is only suitable for two children.
The enclosed, south facing rear garden offers an attractive combination of lawn and dining space that diners, children, dogs or sun bathers will find equally appealing in this private, secure area. Under the pergola, you have a large dining area that has great access to the nearby kitchen, so the wine fridge never needs to be out of reach! Protected on all sides, the garden acts a suntrap, allowing groups to relax long into the evening. Parking for five cars is also provided by the off-road parking to the front of the property, with the green only being a couple minutes' walk from the front gate.
The owners allow rented hot tubs via Norfolk Spa & Leisure. The Hot Tub Charge of £50 is only applicable if a hot tub is being rented during the stay. It does not cover the rental of the hot tub, only the cost of the electricity and water that is required.
