Beautifully restored Victorian house with a stunning interior.

The large open plan ground floor is the perfect space cook, dine and relax in comfort, and there is a small back garden which enjoys the morning sun.

Soak in the freestanding bath enjoying views across the city skyline to the hills beyond.

The house has a master suite with ensuite and freestanding bath, two further double rooms and a marble shower room with walk-in shower.
The space
On the ground floor is a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 6 comfortably.

On the first floor is a fully tiled shower room with walk-in shower and two double bedrooms.

On the second floor is the mast suite with freestanding bath and ensuite toilet and basin.

Summary: The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. The property was in a quiet area but still very convenient for the train station and the city centre which was about a 10 minute walk away. There was plenty to do in Lancaster but the property was well situated for visiting Morecambe and the Lake District. All in all we would stay here again if we ever planned another break in this region.
