Positive: Good breakfast (paid separately). Super helpful owners (landlady speaking English and landlord speaking German), who can also help with arranging the Danube trip. Calm location near the "hollywood" sign TULCEA and grand monument vith nice view on the town and Danube.

Negative: A bit old bathroom, but clean.
