Pendoggett House is a truly wonderful escape for a group of friends or a large family gathering. Nestled in the St Kew hamlet, this spacious house is a stylish retreat welcoming up to 8 guests and is within walking distance to The Cornish Arms & The St Kew Inn. It has stunning, enclosed garden areas with breath-taking sea views & surrounding Cornish countryside to make those everlasting memories.
The property is tastefully decorated where cosy evenings can be enjoyed in front of the fire or, in warmer months, alfresco dining on the outside terrace.
When arriving at Pendoggett House you will be greeted by private gates to a large parking area. From here, the pathway leads you across a beautiful front lawn to the main house. A welcome basket awaits you upon entering the well equipped kitchen, including aga, with everything you need to rustle up feasts for your loved ones. As well as this, there is a large utility room that houses a washing machine, tumble dryer & separate fridge. To the side of the kitchen lies the dining room and includes an open fireplace. The bespoke dining table offers the perfect setting for meal times, after which you can adjourn to the conservatory area to soak up the glorious views. A lounge, also with an open fireplace, is opposite the dining room as well as a separate snug/office room & downstairs w.c.
Upstairs, you will find the main bathroom comprising of a roll top bath and separate shower. There are four large bedrooms to choose from, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are tastefully decorated to a high finish and the views from windows are just as, if not more, incredible than downstairs.
Pendoggett House is a stones throw away from the well known fishing harbour of Port Isaac as well as many other stunning beaches, including the great surfing beach of Polzeath. Here you can also discover coastal walks, eateries and watering holes too.
Pendoggett House has a separate annexe called The Hayloft with a king size bed and kitchen/bathroom which is available upon request. This annex is great if you have a number of guests, some of which may prefer their own quiet or private space from the main house.
