Positive: Very spacious and 3 bathrooms very helpful for 10 people. Good residential area with ample parking. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms a very good size.

Negative: The place is a little tired and the cleaning not up to scratch - dusty in places and we found a half full can of beer on a window ledge. The utensils are plentiful so we were curious why only 6 mugs and 6 teaspoons were provided for a house that holds 12 people.
