Positive: The location was great for exploring York with a walk of just over a mile into town. It was a well equipped house and very warm.

Negative: The only downside was the Pass the Keys part. I found the process of verifying my identity unnerving and the threats of fines if I damaged the property intimidating, so much so, that I paid the “insurance” despite having a long impeccable record of leaving properties in immaculate condition. If I see Pass the Keys on a property again, I will avoid.
