There are four conversions within the yard and the owners are close by in the historic farm house, with a small private equestrian yard. Set in the beautiful rural village of Pitchford, in this peaceful and very undiscovered area of Shropshire. The cottage has been tastefully converted keeping character to the accommodation with the exposed beams and trusses, which combine with the modern features making it cosy and welcoming. The accommodation is entirely on the ground floor, the cottage has two bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and a relaxing sitting / dining room with a large TV. This gives you a fantastic area to relax and unwind after a busy day. There is a beautiful private garden with lawn overlooking the Shropshire countryside where you can sit with a glass of wine and relax, alternatively you have a courtyard which holds the private hot tub which is great for relaxing the aching muscles after a busy days walking. The cottage is perfectly located for a family or couple to explore the beautiful county of Shropshire, with the beautiful historic towns of Church Stretton, Ludlow, Much Wenlock and Shrewsbury only a short drive away. Ironbridge hosts a wonderful visitor center of Great Britain’s birth place of industry. This is a perfect retreat to get away from it all and explore the hidden delights of one of England’s most lovely counties. Accommodation There are two bedrooms, both on the ground floor. There is one step from the living area up to the bedroom accommodation. 1 x king-sized bed and 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with separate dining area and electric fire. Amenities Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, Wifi. Fuel and power included in rent. The bed linen and towels are also included in the rent. A highchair is available on request. Off road parking is available for 4 cars. There is a stone garden shed which is lockable and ideal for storing bicycles. The side garden hosts a lawn, patio, furniture, portable BBQ and wonderful views over the rolling Shropshire Countryside as far as The Wrekin (approximately 8 miles). The rear private courtyard hosts the hot tub and patio furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking on the premises. Nearest village Shop is 1 mile, supermarket 4.5 miles and pub 4 miles.
