Positive: Very good location next to park and fairly close to the sea. Beautiful view on the park from the bay window. The flat was clean and the neighbourhood is quiet.

Negative: Things which can easily enhance the experience: some hooks in the bathroom - there is not a single thing to hang up washbag, towel and clothes. There are no lids for the pots and eggcups would have been quite handy. there is no hairdryer. Also the beds in the back bedroom are rather uncomfortable and worn out. Unfortunately, the entrance is quite shabby and smelly and there is a strong damp smell when coming up the stairs and in the back bedroom and on the couch despite having tried to air the place.
