Positive: Superb location with amazing view of Neamt Fortress. Private parking with assigned spot . Elevator. Quiet neighbourhood, safe. Fully equipped kitchen and all you need in the bathroom. We didn’t use the washing machine ( stayed only one night), but there was one. Same for the oven. Smart TV. Very nice and responsive host. Walking distance to Neamt fortress.

Negative: We really liked the place. A few observations: The heath pump machine was making a loud noise. The fridge was very old and constantly noisy for those sleeping in the living room. Kitchen needs updating . Nice big bathroom but the hot weather was not lasting long , turning to cold during a shower.
