Positive: The apartment is well positioned, right next to the beach, the view of it is gorgeous. It is a very stylish apartment, quite practical and well split, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a living room as common space but it can for sure hold even two families at once.

Negative: There was a pungent urine smell in one of the bathrooms that unfortunately spread to the room during the night as well since the ventilator in the bathroom couldn't remove it. The second night we had another unpleasant surprise that was a misfortune but it wasn't nice. There was heavy rain for two days and the water infiltrated around the bulb light and it dripped in our bed all night long( 03 to 07-08). We never got to meet the landlord. They texted to ask for the check out time,I confirmed so they could come check everything was ok with the apartment but we waited for an hour,messaged them again to see if they needed us to be present for the check up but they answered in the afternoon when we were already heading home.
