Positive: This is a great property with easy parking and only 10 minutes or so walk from the market square. It has all you need as a base for a comfortable stay in Ripon. Penny and Paul are very local and happy to help with any queries that you may have.

Summary: A very rare second visit to a property that is too good to pass on in favour of anything unknown.
