With parking for one car, this holiday home is an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still only a short walk to the restaurants and beaches that make St Ives such a sort-after holiday destination.
The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are situated on the second floor. There is a TV/DVD with games, DVD’s and books and large sliding patio doors leading out to the balcony, an ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee.
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with electric oven and halogen hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The dining table comfortable seats six.
The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully decorated with a kingsize bed and ample storage. The picturesque port-hole window offers wonderful sea views towards Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a roomy seaside themed shower ensuite with WC and basin.
