Summary: Check in took about 12 minutes as they were a little busy, rooms were fine except the robes were far too small… (they gave us 1 adult size and 1 kids). I had to ask on 3 separate occasions and it took 3 hours for replacements (they kept forgetting or not passing on the message). I booked an executive room for a little comfort and luxury but it definitely wasn’t unfortunately. The biggest let down was the pool which was tiny, too busy and not the cleanest. It was ok and the staff were nice but definitely not at all worth the price….
