Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The house was in a convenient location and the capacity of the house is sufficient for a large group but anticipate the standards of an average student accommodation on arrival. Large outdoor area with plenty of seating. The owners were very helpful and couldn't have been nicer.

Negative: The hallway had a strong smell of damp and this was visible on the walls. The kitchen was very poorly equipped for a group doing self-catering, however the owners quickly provided what we had requested. Some of the en-suite showers didn't have hot water.

Summary: Fulfilled our requirements but poorly equipped for self-catering and needs updating.
