The spacious living room is the ideal place to kick back and relax in after a busy day out and about in the North East and watch your favourite shows in front of the 50inch flat screen smart TV or kick back with a book.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for your self catering stays with all new integrated appliances.

The property has four bedrooms, three of which are on the second floor and one on the top floor. The three on the second floor are all home to comfy doubles, one of which has the luxury addition of an en-suite. The top floor bedroom is home to twin single beds. All the beds guarantee the same premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure that the whole party has the perfect nights sleep.
The main bathroom is also located on the second floor which includes a bath & over head shower, WC & basin.

There is a private garden to the rear which is free for guests to enjoy.
