All the rooms are large, with wonderful character features,
The kitchen, has a wow factor when you walk in. It is warm and inviting, with a large farmhouse table, this is a special room with all original beams in the ceiling dating back to 1800 It is fully equipped with all the mods and cons.
A conservatory is just off this kitchen where you can relax and enjoy the views of a well established garden with mature shrubs and huge lawn to walk around. The garden is enclosed by a dry stone and flagstone wall.
The living room has an exposed Caithness Stone wall which has a wood burner set into it. This part of the house was built is 1880, and is two storey

Summary: Lovely house, plenty of room for all 7 of us (three couples and one single) everything very clean, friendly and approachable host. The laundry room was very useful, the kitchen a good size with great pots and pans. All in all, we were very happy with our stay. Thanks to Jenny and Andrew
